Update 3: Gender X & Easy DMV Gender Change

Starting today, the DMV is processing gender changes on Driver's Licenses and ID cards with the removed barrier of a physician's note (click for more info)! The new DL 329S form can update an existing ID, and the DL 44 (online or on paper) can allow the person to choose the gender they feel is appropriate with minimal hassle. Additionally, I will likely pause updates on this website, as the Transgender Law Center has updated their website for "ID Please" to be very easily accessible (click here). If you feel that there continues to be a need for this website, please email me and let me know! Otherwise, I will continue providing updates through blog posts but not through the flowchart.
